SLEEVE DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
PC users should right click on each link, then select 'Save Target As'. You should then save it on to you hard disk. It can then be opened using Adobe Acrobat.
Mac users should click & hold on each link, then select 'Download Link To Disk'. You should then save it on to your hard disk. It can then be opened using Adobe Acrobat.
When printing make sure that 'fit on page' is NOT selected.
